In 2000, we purchased an 1840’s general store and moved our office to East Middlebury. This move allowed us to create a more desirable working atmosphere and to purchase state-of-the-art equipment to more effectively manage and complete projects.
In 2002, we opened a second office in Rutland, Vermont.

At Otter Creek Engineering, our staff is committed to every project on which they work. This commitment extends from the initial meeting through the end of construction and start-up. Each project is overseen by a principal of the firm, who has a direct vested interest in the successful completion of the project. That same individual is the client’s primary contact throughout the life of the project: providing our clients with consistent and responsive service.
Otter Creek Engineering recognizes that communication is critical to a project’s success. Using our strengths in project management and communication, we work with the client, the local, state and federal regulators, and the community to design successful projects.

The establishment of long-term relationships with our clients is the goal of Otter Creek Engineering.
