| Coordination of a Major Town Highway Corridor Upgrade
The Town of Essex retained Otter Creek Engineering to oversee the management and construction review of this Municipal, State, and Federally funded upgrade of Kellogg Road, a major corridor in Chittenden County. The one third of a mile, 1.2 million dollar upgrade necessitated the coordination of the Town, State of Vermont Agency of Transportation, Federal Highway Administration, the design engineer, and the contractor. Costs, quality, schedule, and compliance goals were attained.

| Upgrading a Water Treatment Facility While in Operation
Following our design of an upgrade to their Water Treatment Facility, Otter Creek Engineering assisted the Tri-Town Water District with Coordination and inspection of the complicated $2.5 million construction project. The treatment process and control systems in the 2 million gallon-per-day facility were upgraded, while the facility continued to provide water to over 3,000 users including schools, dairy farms, homes and businesses.
